From design to manufacture

Once the ideal mathematical model is agreed with our customer, Eole System’s team draws the blade on the CAO and then it manufactures the stratified moulds.

As they are made in very large series, the blades that are issued from the field of modelism are not optimized for particular application such as drones. So Eole System has found a way out of this technique of modelism, a unique manufacturing process that only a craftwork is able to achieve .
